Terms and Conditions *

1. Fees are due on the 3rd of every month via auto debit with a 4.5% processing fee assessed at the time. 2. Students are eligible for 4 music classes every month. 3. Parent will call in/ text/ email to notify the school of any absences at least 24 hours before class to guarantee a make-up class. 4. There is a $25 late fee if funds are not readily available to cover the cost of music lessons with no prior notice from parents. 5. Parents will update their phone number/email address/ debit or credit card information with the school in the event of a change of the aforementioned. 6. In the case of cancellation of classes, parents will notify the school at least one full paid month in advance of plans to cancel classes. 7. In the event of an absence, parents will schedule make-up classes immediately. 8. There are no refunds or substitutions for classes. 9. Parents will pick up their children and bring children to music lessons on time with prior notifications of any lateness as much as possible.
